‘Families’
Family portraits don’t need to be fussy, stilted affairs. Nor do they need to be posed against a stark white background. Family life should be enjoyed and photos of your family should reflect that. I love photographing families at their best. Relaxed, happy, silly, active. Let me spend 90 minutes with your family and see what I can do for you.

Jayne, Adrian, and Bump on Baildon Moor: A wedding anniversary maternity shoot 7 June 2011 2 Comments
Early one dull Saturday morning, I joined my friends Jayne and Adrian on Baildon Moor to take some photos of them on their first wedding anniversary. They had their wedding photos taken on the Moor, so they thought it a perfect opportunity to get some shots of ‘the bump’ a month before their baby arrives.
School prom pictures in the sunshine at Shipley Glen 9 May 2011 4 Comments
I spent a very sunny evening up at Shipley Glen with Shannon and Beth for some photos of them looking their best, ready for their prom. They wanted some pictures to remember their dresses and to give to family, but they did not want a traditional posed prom shot. The woods and rocks at the Glen let us have fun and capture some great pictures with a difference.

Some pictures of my son in the woods at Formby 27 March 2011 No Comments
My wife and I went to the coast at Formby at the weekend with our little boy. It’s a wonderful place – a dense forest that’s a haven for red squirrels; huge sand dunes and vast, vast open beaches. We had lots of fun, and I couldn’t help taking my camera to get some lovely photos of my boy exploring this fascinating place.
